Before your trip you will receive a pre paid hotel voucher and all the support you need to help make your trip a success.
At the time of submitting your group request 25% of the booking amount will be captured. The balance is due 45 days before the check in date. If the check in date is within 45 days then the full amount will be captured.
It is important to note that your group booking is not confirmed until you get written confirmation from us.
